City Council moves ahead with sidewalk, park fixes

The Sonora City Council paved the way for a series of improvements within the city that will revamp both Rotary Park and a piece of the historic downtown at its meeting Monday. Council members voted to allow city staff to put two projects out to bid. One will replace the current concrete in Rotary Park, and the other will repair 110 feet of sidewalk by the Gunn House on South Washington Street.
