The Ramsey County Commission welcomed its newest member, Mark Olson, at Tuesday’s morning meeting. Northeast District Judge Donovan Foughty was on hand to swear in Olson and Commissioners Joe Belford and Bill Mertens, who were re-elected to serve the people of Ramsey County in November’s election. Olson will take the place vacated by Pam Brekke who decided not to run for re-election.
