Volunteers from Rebuilding Together-Portland, a local nonprofit, worked on Shelley’s house Saturday. The project was funded by Sears’ Heroes at Home, a program that helps needy war veterans like Shelley, 84, a Navy medic who served in the Pacific during World War II.

The Union Pacific Train Depot in downtown Greeley has long been known as one of the most haunted buildings in the city. The ghosts of the “Ten Circus Men” who died in a fire and were brought back to the depot, are thought to be the ones doing the haunting.

Blake Creasy is the newest Eagle Scout of BSA Troop 59 of Huntington. The Troop held an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on Sunday, Oct. 24, at Pea Ridge Baptist Church, Charter host of Troop 59.
